you place an order with RackmountPlus.com,
we ask for your name, your billing address,
and the address for shipment of the order,

limited purposes of processing your orders,
for statistical purpose to improve our site
and services to you, to administer our site,
and to notify you of products or special offers

Individual parts carry one-year parts warranty
except OEM CPU, Memory & Monitors carry
30 days and retail box products carry 7
days. NO LABOR & ON-SITE SERVICE.

All Retail Box products warrranted by manufacturer
only; such as CPU, Monitor, Video card,
etc.

Any items with physical damage are not exchangeable
or refundable.

The warranty does not cover any misuse,
abuse or any modification to products sold
by RackmountPlus.com by any person not authorized
by RackmountPlus.com.

shipping costs.

Typographical
Errors

the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error
in pricing information received from our suppliers,
RackMountPlus.com shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for products
listed with the incorrect price. RackMountPlus.com
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and yours order is canceled,
RackMountPlus.com shall immediately issue
a credit to your credit card account in the
amount of the incorrect price.

Order
Acceptance Policy
Your
receipt of an electronic or other form of
order confirmation does not signify acceptance
of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. RackMountPlus.com reserves
the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order for
any reason. RackMountPlus.com reserves the
rights at any time after receipt of your order
without prior notices to you, to supply less
than the quantity you order of any item. All
orders placed over $2000.00(US) must obtain
pre-approval with an acceptable method of
payment, as established by our credit and
fraud avoidance department. We may require
additional verifications or information before
accepting any order.

Credit
Cards - We accept major credit cards including,
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please be
sure to provide your exact billing address
and telephone number your credit card bank
has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause a delay in processing your order.
Your credit card will be billed upon shipment
of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks,
& Personal Checks - RackMountPlus.com
accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal
checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars
only. Orders are processed upon receipt of
a money order or cashier's check. For personal
and company checks, please allow up to 10
banking days after receipt for clearance of
funds before the order is processed. RackMountPlus.com
cannot guarantee the availability of a product
by the time funds clear or payment is received.
We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping
Policy
Ground
Shipping - Estimated Shipping 3 to 7 Business
Days.
Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air
does not mean your order will be delivered
in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your
order online.
You will receive your order 1-2 days after
the "Product Availability" time listed for
the product you selected. The "Product Availability"
time is the amount of time required to process
your order through our warehouse and acquire
the product requested.
You will be charged the cost of shipping for
any shipment that is refused. Rackmountplus.com
does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due
to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver
to P.O. Box. All Shipments are subject
to stock availability. Orders will only
be shipped to the credit card billing address.
Sale
Taxes
RackMountPlus.com
shall withhold the applicable sales tax for
orders to be delivered to addresses within
California. Each customer shall be solely
responsible for all sales taxes, or other
taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Return
Policy
Products
may be returned to Rackmountplus.com. for
replacement or refund in the following manner:
Returns to RackMountPlus.com. Must be made
within 7 days from the invoice date for full
refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged
within 8 to 14 days and No refund after 14
days from invoice date. Before returning any
item, you must contact our Customer Service
Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA). To request RMA numbers, contact
customer service support@rackmountplus.com.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted
without an RMA Number. The RMA number is good
for only (1) item and must match the product
authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid
for 10 business days and all returns must
be received within 10 days of obtaining the
RMA number. You are responsible for shipping
costs of all returns. NO refund on monitors,
printers, scanners, retail box products, shipping
charges, handling Charges, labor charges,
software & special order items. NO refund
on any items with physical damage or misuse.
NO refund on all deposits. Please allow 2-4
weeks for refunds to be processed and credited
to your account. In order to receive a refund,
your purchase must be returned with shipping
prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition,
in original packaging and with all warranty
cards, manual and accessories. The original
packing slip must be included and the RMA
number visible on the package. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay or partial forfeiture
of your refund. There will be a US$35.00 re-boxing
fee for products not returned in the original
manufacturer's packaging. If part of a product
is not returned in the original manufacturer's
packaging there may be only a partial refund
issued.
